Crystal Radio FM 100.7 & Crystal Radio Online proudly serves as a global African-oriented community development radio station, broadcasting from Sierra Leone to the world — including our valued listeners in the Netherlands and across the diaspora. Since 2015, we have been continuously on air, playing a significant role at the grassroots level in promoting rural and community development. Our programming focuses on critical issues such as poverty reduction, agriculture and food security, gender equality, education and youth empowerment, and community awareness and social development. We are proud to be one of the longest-established Afro-centric global radio stations, fully operated by dedicated volunteers. Our team includes experienced broadcasters with distinguished careers across radio stations around the world, delivering a rich blend of news, culture, education, and entertainment.

Welcome to Crystal Radio FM 100.7 & Crystal Radio Online. Broadcasting from Sierra Leone to the world, we are a global African-oriented community development radio station. Mr. Dennis Spaine is an international journalist with over 16 years of experience covering global affairs, human rights, and cultural issues. He has worked as an investigative journalist and editor in Sierra Leone, producing stories that highlight community development, social justice, and local voices.

Throughout his career, Mr. Spaine has worked with different radio stations at both national and international levels, gaining extensive experience in broadcasting, journalism, and media production.

He is the Founder and CEO of Crystal Radio 100.5 FM and 100.7 FM, as well as Crystal Radio Online Broadcasting, which operates both nationally and internationally. Through these platforms, he promotes community development, public education, cultural exchange, and access to information for diverse audiences.

Mr. Spaine has also been actively involved in community broadcasting through Crystal Radio Lunsar in the Marampa Chiefdom, Port Loko District, Sierra Leone, contributing to radio programming and public awareness initiatives. His work bridges local and international perspectives, reflecting his commitment to informing, educating, and empowering communities.
